Dionis Bubani (born September 18, 1926 in Bucharest , † February 10, 2006 in Tirana ) was an Albanian writer. He became popular primarily through his children's books and humorous stories.

Life

Bubani's father was the publicist Gjergj Bubani , who published the Albanian-language magazine Kosova in Romania . Dionis Bubani attended school in his native Bucharest before moving to Albania with his family in 1940 . His father Gjergj was imprisoned by the communists in 1944 .
