Dirk Hoberg

Dirk Hoberg (born August 17, 1981 in Osnabrück ) is a German chef.

Career

Hoberg trained as a chef from 1998 to 2001 at the Hotel Walhalla in Osnabrück . In 2002 he moved to the La Vie restaurant in Osnabrück and in 2004 to the Tristan restaurant in Mallorca . In 2006 he went to the Alte Post under Hans Stefan Steinheuer in Bad Neuenahr and in 2007 to the Schwarzwaldstube restaurant with Harald Wohlfahrt in Baiersbronn .

Since 2010 he has been head chef in the Ophelia restaurant in the Hotel Riva in Konstanz . Here he was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide in 2011 . In 2012 the second star was added.
