Villa Ditfurter Weg 37

The house Ditfurter Weg 37 is a formerly listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located east of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the west side of Ditfurter Weg opposite the Harz Clinic Dorothea Christiane Erxleben . The building was registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.

Architecture and history

The massive plastered building was built at the beginning of the 20th century in an Art Nouveau style that quotes elements of the Baroque . The villa is covered by a hipped mansard roof with a small roof house . The house entrance has a representative design with a small flight of stairs . There is an oval skylight above the door . The doors and windows of the house were originally preserved (as of 1998). Some of the original colored glazing was still found.

At least from 2015 the building will no longer be listed in the monument register.
