The festival, to which Ferdinand Velc, the pioneer of monument preservation, also had a brewery, ended in the 15th century. The estate later became part of the Kornhaus rulership . From 1782 Johann I zu Schwarzenberg belonged to the owners , from 1789 Joseph II zu Schwarzenberg and from 1833 his eldest son and Fideikommisserbe Johann Adolf II zu Schwarzenberg . At the transition from the 18th to the 19th century, coal mining began in the area, and mining took place in small, often nameless pits.

In 1843 Hřessitz or Řeschitz consisted of 22 houses with 140 Czech-speaking inhabitants. Of these, 16 houses belonged to the Fideikommissherrschaft Kornhaus and six houses to the Wrana dominion . The Hřessitz mill, located not far from Hřessitz , was conscripted to Srbeč . The parish was in Pozden . Until the middle of the 19th century, Hřessitz remained subject to the entails rule Kornhaus with Kaunowa .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Hřešice or Řečice / Hřessitz or Resita in 1850 a municipality in the district Rakonitz and judicial district Neustraschitz . In 1868 the community was assigned to the Schlan district . Hřešice and Reschitz have been used as official place names since the beginning of the 20th century . The Union coal mine was founded in 1929. In 1932 Hřešice had 190 inhabitants. At that time there were two coal mines in operation, the Union and Anna collieries , the latter owned by the Prague Metropolitan Chapter. The Union mine was shut down a little later as a result of the global economic crisis. Since 1937 Hřešice belonged to the Expositur Nové Strašecí des Okres Slaný. During the German occupation , the coal mining of Hřešice was revived. The Adalbert colliery was in operation between 1944 and 1945 and the Lorenz tunnel from 1945 to 1946. In 1949 the community was assigned to the Okres Nové Strašecí, since its abolition in 1960 Hřešice belongs to the Okres Kladno . On January 1, 1980, it was incorporated into Pozdeň . In 1991 the village had 71 inhabitants, at the 2001 census 65 people lived in the 45 houses in Hřešice.
