Dmitri Leonidowitsch Makarow ( Russian Дмитрий Леонидович Макаров ; born December 6, 1983 in Ufa , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk from the Continental Hockey League .
Career
Dmitri Makarov began his career as a hockey player in the youth department of HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , for whose professional team he was active in the super league from 2002 to 2005 , while he was also active for the second team of Metallurg in the third-rate Pervaya league . He was also in the 2003/04 season for Sauralje Kurgan in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division, on the ice. The 2004/05 season ended the attacker at Metallurg's Super League rivals Salawat Julajew Ufa , for whom he ran up in the following two and a half years.
Between 2007 and 2011 Makarow was under contract with Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk . He completed 133 games in the Continental Hockey League , in which he scored 29 goals and 37 assists. In May 2011 he was obliged by the Nizhny Novgorod torpedo .
On May 6, 2013 Makarov was exchanged for Sergei Sentjurin and Denis Parschin from Salawat Yulayev Ufa.
At the beginning of the 2017/18 season Makarow was under contract with HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk , but was dismissed after 19 games for Ugra.
