Dmitri Wladimirowitsch Kombarow ( Russian Дмитрий Владимирович Комбаров ; English Dmitri Kombarov ; born January 22, 1987 in Moscow , USSR ) is a Russian football player . The midfielder has been under contract with Krylja Sowetow Samara since 2019 . His twin brother Kirill Kombarow also played for Spartak.

Career

Kombarov started playing soccer at the age of four. In 1993, he and his brother entered the Spartak Moscow Football Academy. After a conflict with their youth coach, however, they left Spartak and moved to city rivals Dynamo Moscow .

In 2005 Dmitri made his debut in the professional Dynamo team in a cup match against Dynamo Bryansk . In August 2010 the Dynamo brothers left Moscow and switched back to Spartak.

National team

At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was included in the Russian squad . He was used once: in the third game against Wales he was in the starting line-up. The team lost 3-0 and was eliminated from the tournament.

Dmitri Kombarov has been married to his wife Tatiana since September 2, 2011. Their daughter Uljana was born on February 24, 2012.
