The Doda ( English Doda Peak ) is a mountain in the Kishtwar Himalaya , a mountain region in the western Himalayas in the Indian Union Territory of Ladakh .
The 6573 m (according to other sources 6550 m) high mountain is located in the Kargil district at the southeastern upper end of the Drang-Drung glacier , which is drained by the Doda (also Stod ) river. The Doda is located 43 km southeast of the Nun-Kun massif .
The Doda was first climbed in 1976 by a Japanese expedition.
