Dodie Marshall
Dodie Marshall , born as Dodie Smyth (born December 22, 1934 in Belgrave , Cheshire , England ) is a former English actress who was in front of the camera for various film and television productions between 1964 and 1967.
Life
Dodie Marshall grew up in the US city of Philadelphia . She later took singing and acting lessons in New York and had an engagement on Broadway in 1963 . She then went to Hollywood , where she first appeared in front of the camera in an episode of the series My Uncle from Mars in 1964 . After a few roles in various television series , she was selected from over 200 applicants in 1966 to play the role of Susan in the Elvis Presley film Never Say Yes . Because the producers were obviously satisfied with her performance, she also received an offer for the next Elvis Presley film Seemann, ahoy! . But after that she only had one engagement in an episode of the series Cowboy in Africa .
