Dolleman Island is an icy, 13.5 miles long and 10 miles wide island off the Black coast of Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 13 km east of Cape Boggs .
Participants of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) discovered it in December 1940. It is named after Hendrik Dolleman (1905–1990) from the Netherlands , tractor driver on this research trip.
