Dolmen du Crapaud
The Dolmen du Crapaud (also called Dolmen at Tosseg) is located south of Billiers , on the cliff at the eastern end of the "Plage des Granges" (beach) in the Morbihan department in Brittany in France . The extremely close to the sea Dolmen du Crapaud was classified as a historical monument in 1978. In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).
Much of the original site has fallen victim to erosion. The tilted capstone measuring more than 2.0 × 2.0 m, which is leaning against a pair of small bearing stones, and another stone have been preserved.
Nearby are the Dolmen des Grays and, in the extreme southeast of the Morbihan department, the rest of the Méarzenne dolmen in Pénestin .
Le Crapaud is also the name of the bizarre rock "La Pierre Double" north of Morlaix in the Finistère department .
