Don Walchuk (born March 6, 1963 in Melville , Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian curler .
Walchuk made his international debut in 1988 at the World Curling Championships in Lausanne , where he won his first precious metal with a silver medal. A year later he became world champion in Milwaukee .
Walchuk was part of the team that won the Canadian Olympic Curling Trails in 2001 and represented Canada at the XIX. Winter Olympics in curling on the third position. The team won the Olympic silver medal on February 22, 2002 after a 5-6 defeat in the final against Norway to Skip Pål Trulsen .
