Donim is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .
Donim belongs to the Guimarães county in the Braga district . The community had an area of 3.2 km² and 833 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The community is only slightly urbanized. A part of the Iberoceltic ruined city Citânia de Briteiros is located in the municipality.
On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Donim and Briteiros (Santo Estêvão) merged to form the new parish União das Freguesias de Briteiros Santo Estêvão e Donim .
