The semi-detached house Borsbergstrasse 2/4 in Dresden is a three- to four-storey stately apartment building east of Fetscherplatz, built in 1903 .

The listed building complex consists of two houses on the south side of Borsbergstraße , which are mirror-inverted and thus arranged asymmetrically. A higher gable was placed in the middle of the two houses. On the sides there are lower corner bay windows with polygonal spiers . The simple facade has been made entirely of sandstone . Vegetable ornamentation in the Art Nouveau style serves as decoration both for the window crown and for the mirror fields .
