Dora Miklosich (actually Dora Nüchtern, née Miklosich * July 10, 1899 in Klosterneuburg - Kritzendorf , † July 21, 1981 in Vienna ) was an Austrian actress and radio announcer.

Life

Dora Miklosich started her youth program just a few weeks after Radio Verkehrs AG (RAVAG) began broadcasting in 1924, where she became known as Dora-Aunt . This made her the first fairytale aunt of the later Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF). Later, her voice was often heard in radio plays on the radio.

Married was Dora Nüchtern, b. Miklosich, with Hans Nüchtern , the head of the literature department at RAVAG. She was buried in the crypt of the Franz von Miklosich family (group 41B, row G1, number 25) in the Vienna Central Cemetery.
