Lüttgenziatz village church
The village church Lüttgenziatz is the Protestant church of the village of Lüttgenziatz in the municipality of Möckern in Saxony-Anhalt .
The church is located in the northern part of the village on the west side of the village street.
Architecture and history
The small built of fieldstone hall church is in its core Romanesque and was built in the 12th century. The choir is slightly drawn in, and there is a semicircular apse at the east end . There was destruction during the Thirty Years War . The church was then rebuilt in a different form around 1660. On the West Gable a was in 1887 skylights in framework construction placed, the West wall of the ridge turret is designed as a massive wall. The church roof is also laid out in the area of the narrower choir in the width of the nave .
In 1955 the interior of the church was redesigned.
In the local monument register , the church is listed as a monument under registration number 094 76136 .
