Drake is a city in McHenry County , North Dakota in the United States. The population was 322 in the 2000 census. Drake was founded in 1902. The city holds an apple festival on September 20th each year.

As of the 2000 census, there were 322 people, 164 households, and 94 families living in the city. The population density was 63.1 / km². There were 201 housing units at an average density of 39.4 / km². Most of the population was white (100%). Hispanic or Latino people made up only 0.31% of the population.
