Three-line group
The three line group ( Three Line Group ) is one with a provisional names named group Attic - black-figure vase painters.
Drei-Linien-Gruppe got its emergency name from three dividing lines between the individual decorative strips that adorn the small-format neck amphoras of the group. Later work by the group deteriorates in quality, the decor is seldom better than poor. Despite the poor quality, the works reminded John D. Beazley of the Andokides painter . The works are dated to the last quarter of the 6th century BC. Dated. The group's works are richly inscribed. In addition to figure inscriptions, there are also favorite inscriptions for Onetorides and Hippocrates .
