Three-dimensional brand

A three-dimensional mark or shape mark (colloquially 3D mark ) is a mark form according to § 6 MarkenV . The form is regulated in § 9 MarkenV .

They consist of a three-dimensional design, for example the shape of the claimed goods or their packaging.

General

When registering, two matching, two-dimensional, graphic representations of the mark must be attached. The reproductions can contain up to six different views and must be submitted on one sheet of paper.
