The Drong Hill (English; Bulgarian хълм Дронг chalm Drong ) is a 179 m high and rocky double hill on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises 0.55 km east-southeast of Essex Point , 1.52 km west of Voyteh Point and 0.6 km northeast of Kardzhali Point on the northwestern foothills of Dospey Heights .
Spanish scientists mapped it in 1992, Bulgarian in 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010, proto- Bulgarian ruler Drong in the 6th century .
