Map with all coordinates: The Drum public național M4 is a trunk road in the Republic of Moldova that runs entirely to the left of the Dniester River in the territory of the internationally unrecognized Transnistria .

The road starts in Tiraspol and leads from there via Grigoriopol , Dubăsari , Rîbnița and Camenca , to there parallel to the Dniester. It leaves this in Camenca in a northerly direction and leads via Hristovaia to the Ukrainian border. In Ukrainian territory it continues as the subordinate territorial road T0225.
The length of the road is given as 178 kilometers.
