The drum public național M3 is a trunk road in the Republic of Moldova . The road, which also forms a section of the European route 584 (former name: E577), is part of the connection between the Moldovan capital and Galați in Romania . Two sections of the road used to cross the Ukraine at Bolhrad and Reni . In its northern part, the street has four lanes.
course
The road leads from the Moldovan capital Chișinău south via Răzeni to the south. In Cimișlia it crosses the R3 road. A little later it reaches the area of the autonomous Gagauzia and, unlike in the past, no longer leads via Comrat via the Ukrainian Bolhrad , but completely on the area of Moldova to Vulcăneşti in the southern part of Gagauzia . In its further course it leads over Giurgiuleşti , the only Moldovan town on the Danube , and the Prut River , which forms the border with Romania , towards Galați . On the Romanian side, it is continued by Drum național 2B ( European route 87 ).
The length of the road is given as 180 kilometers.
