The Dry River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Queensland .

geography

River course

The river rises east of the Oasis Roadhouse at the junction of the Kennedy Highway and Gregory Developmental Road . From there it first flows northeast to Conjuboy and then turns its course to the southeast. Approx. 15 km northwest of the small town of Greenvale it flows into the Burdekin River .
