Dušan Baljak (born January 15, 1854 in Zadar , Dalmatia , † April 24, 1935 ibid) was a member of the Dalmatian Parliament and the Austrian House of Representatives .

education and profession

Dušan Baljak was the son of the merchant Gerasimov Baljak. Up until 1872 he attended a grammar school in Zadar, after which he studied law at the University of Graz . In 1880 he received his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.). From 1885 he worked as a lawyer in Zadar and as editor of the newspaper Srpski list (Serbian newspaper) in Zadar.

Club memberships

Dušan Baljak was non-attached in 1897. From October 21, 1897 to October 1898 he was with the Free Association of Clubless. In 1907 he was at the Association of South Slavs ( Zveza južnik Slavena ), in 1911 deputy chairman at the Dalmatian Club and from May 29, 1917 at the South Slavic Club ( Jugoslovanski Klub ).
