Dušan Baljak (born January 15, 1854 in Zadar , Dalmatia , † April 24, 1935 ibid) was a member of the Dalmatian Parliament and the Austrian House of Representatives .
education and profession
Dušan Baljak was the son of the merchant Gerasimov Baljak. Up until 1872 he attended a grammar school in Zadar, after which he studied law at the University of Graz . In 1880 he received his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.). From 1885 he worked as a lawyer in Zadar and as editor of the newspaper Srpski list (Serbian newspaper) in Zadar.

- March 30, 1897 to September 7, 1900: Member of the House of Representatives in the Reichsrat ( IX legislative period ) in the constituency of the Dalmatian rural communities 2 ( Sebenico , Scardona , Verlicca , Knin , Dernis )
- June 17, 1907 to February 5, 1909, March 10, 1909 to July 11, 1909 and October 20, 1909 to March 20 or 30, 1911: Member of the House of Representatives in the Reichsrat (11th legislative period ) in the electoral district of Dalmatia 2 (judicial districts of Benkovac , Kistanje , Obbrovazzo and Knin), Association of the South Slavs (Serbian national), XVIII., XIX. and XX. session
- July 17, 1911 to July 25, 1914 and May 30, 1917 to November 12, 1918: Member of the House of Representatives in the Reichsrat ( XII legislative period ) in the electoral district of Dalmatia 2, Dalmatian Club (Serbian national), XXI. and XXII. session
Club memberships
Dušan Baljak was non-attached in 1897. From October 21, 1897 to October 1898 he was with the Free Association of Clubless. In 1907 he was at the Association of South Slavs ( Zveza južnik Slavena ), in 1911 deputy chairman at the Dalmatian Club and from May 29, 1917 at the South Slavic Club ( Jugoslovanski Klub ).
