Duboko ( Serbian - Cyrillic Дубоко ) is a village in western Serbia , near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina .
Geography and population
The village is located in the Opština Ljubovija , in the Okrug Mačva in the historical region of Azbukovica , part of the Serbian-Bosnian border region Podrinje in the westernmost central Serbia . The place had 418 inhabitants at the 2011 census, compared to 484 in 2002. 99% of the population are Serbian Orthodox Serbs . There is also a Montenegrin living in the village. The place consists of 123 households.
Duboko is not far from the banks of the Drina , which here forms the border between Serbia and Bosnia . The place is a little south of the municipal capital Ljubovija . The village is also just south of the Ljuboviđa River .
