Dvoreček (German Höflasgut ) is a settlement in the municipality of Františkovy Lázně . It is located in Okres Cheb in the Czech region of Karlovarský kraj .

Geographical location
Seeberg Castle is three kilometers west of the small town . About a kilometer to the south is the place Krapice , which also belongs to Františkovy Lázně, with its lakes and forests.
