The Dysna ( Russian Дисна́ ; Belarusian Дзісна ( Dsisna )) is a left tributary of the Daugava in Lithuania and Belarus .

The Dysna rises in the northeast Lithuanian lake district and flows in an easterly direction. 77 km of the 178 km long river course are on Lithuanian territory, the rest in Belarus , where the river flows as Dzisna at the place of the same name Dzisna into the Düna.

The river is a popular destination for paddling as there are many possible routes in the adjacent lake district.
