Eberhard Fricke

Eberhard Fricke (born March 24, 1931 in Paderborn ; † November 16, 2013 in Düsseldorf ) was a German administrative lawyer and regional researcher in regional studies.

Life

Fricke worked for many years in the financial administration of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf . Most recently, he was head ministerial advisor in the budget department in the finance ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia and from 1991 to 1995 the first president of the Brandenburg State Audit Office .

Fricke received his doctorate in 1957 on the history of the Stilkinger feudal court .
