Eberhard Nöller

Eberhard Nöller (born November 25, 1911 in Gummersbach ; † 2003 ) was a German ministerial official.

Life

Nöller studied law at the Eberhard Karls University . In 1930 he was reciprocated in the Corps Franconia Tübingen . As an administrative lawyer and ministerial official he was 1938-1945 in the Reich Ministry of Economics . In the army he took part in the Second World War from 1939 with the attack on Poland . After the end of the war he was taken prisoner, from which he was released in 1946. In 1948/49 he was with the Cologne District Economic Office and in 1949 with the Cologne Regional Council . In 1949 he came to the Federal Ministry for Affairs of the Marshall Plan . From 1951 he was responsible for ERP special funds , legal, cabinet and parliamentary matters. 1952–1964 he headed departments for legislation , fundamental legal issues, mercy , reparations , compensation and, from 1960, also for personal details in the (Bonn) Federal President's Office. In 1964 he moved to the Federal Ministry of Defense for 10 years . In the VR department (administration and law) he headed subdivision I (central tasks, special administrative tasks and military chaplaincy ) until 1972 , then subdivision II (social security for soldiers, civil servants and employees) in department S (social department). Most recently, from 1974, he was President of the Federal Armed Forces Administration Office for 2 years . Since 1931 he was a member of the Bonn THV . From 1957 to 1981 was the first chairman of the association. From 1969 to 1989 he was Vice President of the German Hockey Association .
