Eberhard Seifert is a former German ski jumper .
Career
Seifert, who started for SC Dynamo Klingenthal , made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament 1970/71 . Already at the opening competition on the Schattenbergschanze in Oberstdorf he finished 16th among the best 20. In Garmisch-Partenkirchen he also ended up in the top 20 and reached 20th place. After two other rather poor results, however, Seifert only achieved 27th place overall.
At the GDR ski championships in 1973 in Schmiedefeld , Seifert reached 10th place from the large hill.
On his second and last Four Hills Tournament in 1974/75 , Seifert achieved the best individual result of his career after three mixed jumps with 10th place on the Paul-Ausserleitner-Schanze in Bischofshofen . In the overall ranking he reached 19th place.
