Eberhard Wenzel
Eberhard Wenzel (born April 22, 1896 in Pollnow ; † January 27, 1982 in Künzelsau -Kocherstetten) was a German church musician and composer .
Wenzel worked from 1951 to 1965 as director of the church music school in Halle . 1962, he was from the University of Heidelberg , the honorary doctorate awarded. In 1974 he also received the Johann Wenzel Stamitz Prize .
Lothar Graap and Dieter Wellmann were among his students .
