At 137 meters above sea level, the Ebright Azimuth is the highest point in the US state of Delaware .
The elevation is north of the city of Wilmington directly on the border with Pennsylvania . In terms of nature, it lies at the transition from the Atlantic coastal plain to the Piedmont of the Appalachians .
The Ebright Azimuth is the second lowest highest point in an American state, lower is only the Britton Hill , the highest point in Florida at 105 meters .
