Eckhard Creutz
Eckhard Creutz (born July 14, 1943 in Kühlungsborn ) was city director of Düren from 1990 to 1998 .
Creutz studied from 1963 to 1967 law at the universities of Bonn, Cologne and Munich. From October 1, 1971 to March 31, 1972, he worked as a legal assistant for a lawyer in Eschweiler . Then he became head of the legal office of the city of Stolberg . On October 1, 1978, he moved to the City of Castrop-Rauxel as head of the legal and insurance office . On May 1, 1982 he went back to the city of Stolberg as an alderman. Then he was the last city director of Düren from February 1, 1990 to January 31, 1998.
He was followed by the first full-time mayor according to the municipal code of 1994, Josef Vosen .
Creutz practices today as a resident lawyer.
