Ecki Hoffmann

Eckehard "Ecki" Hoffmann (* 1955 in Karlsruhe ) is a German actor , singer and poetry reciter- from Berlin.

Career

Hoffmann grew up in Karlsruhe and from 1985 to 1987 received acting lessons at the Transformtheater in Berlin . After completing his training, he worked in his field at theaters in Dessau and Berlin. Hoffmann founded the touring theater with which he moved across the country between 1993 and 1996, during which he also completed a two-year vocal training course. From 1996 Hoffmann studied in the GITIS Masterclass for Acting Berlin / Moscow.

Act

As an actor, Hoffmann works on international theater projects in Italy, Sweden and Russia. With his solo program he was also a guest at the theater discounter Berlin . Hoffmann regularly stands in front of the camera for television and film. For a number of years now, Hoffmann's declamatory forays through the Schöneberg district of Berlin have been attracting audiences. In front of the homes and places of work of authors of world literature, Hoffmann reads their prose, poetry and essays.
