Eddie Macken (born October 20, 1949 in Granard , County Longford ) is an Irish show jumper who was one of the world's most successful show jumpers, especially in the second half of the 1970s. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.

Together with Paul Darragh , Con Power and James Kernan , Macken won the fifth Aga Khan Trophy in 1979 . He also won the British Show Jumping Championships in Hickstead and the bronze medal with the Irish team at the European Championships this year for the fourth time in a row . He took part in the Olympic Games in 1992 and 1996 as an athlete and in 2004 as a trainer for the Irish show jumping team.

Macken mainly starts in the United States of America and Canada at horse shows. In 2008 he took part in Nations Cups (Hickstead and Dublin) as part of the Irish team .
