Eddy Vorm (born June 4, 1989 in Nieuwegein , Netherlands ) is a Dutch football player .

Career

Vorm played in four youth clubs. First at JSV Nieuwegein in his hometown of Nieuwegein . As well as at USV Elinkwijk , FC Omniworld and RKC Waalwijk . He made his professional debut at RKC Waalwijk in the game of the Eerste Divisie against RBC Roosendaal on May 1, 2009. After Vorm rose to the Eredivisie with RKC and only played eight games and remained goalless, he moved to 1. FC Magdeburg , where he was under played under the direction of Ruud Kaiser . After only six months, in which he could only score one goal in 12 games, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement with the club. In summer 2011 Vorm signed a long-term contract with FC Breukelen from the province of Utrecht . He had previously played for the club in the second half of the 2010/11 Eerste class.

Eddy Vorm is the younger brother of Michel Vorm , who works as a goalkeeper for Swansea City .
