Edimpi (also Yédimbi in French texts ) is a small settlement in northern Chad in the Tibesti region , about 85 km southeast of Bardaï .
geography
The place is located on the northern edge of the Tibesti Mountains not far from the Tarzo Toon mountain and is connected to Aderke and the provincial capital Bardaï by a dirt road .
Edimpi is located in a comparatively densely populated part of the Tibesti. The neighboring oases are Ouanofou (6 km northwest), Kamay and Yountiou (6 and 5 km north-northeast respectively) and Nema Nemasso (16 km south).
