Edmund Brylewski (born March 5, 1943 - † May 10, 2016 in Marienfeld ) was a German football player .

Career

The striker Edmund Brylewski began his career with the regional league club Eintracht Gelsenkirchen , for whom he played 29 regional league games in the 1968/69 season and scored six goals. At the end of the season, Eintracht rose from bottom of the table. In the summer of 1970 Brylewski moved to SVA Gütersloh , with whom he was promoted to the Regionalliga West a year later and in 1974 missed qualification for the newly created 2nd Bundesliga . For the Gütersloher Brylewski completed 81 regional league games and scored 19 goals. He is the regional league record scorer of the SVA Gütersloh. In 1975 he was with SVA Gütersloh champion of the Association League Westphalia 1 , but lost the final against Westfalia Herne .
