Edouard Whettnall
Baron Edouard-Charles-Etienne Whettnall (born July 16, 1839 in Liège , † March 27, 1903 in Sint-Truiden ) was a Belgian diplomat .
Life
Edouard Whettnall was the son of Laure Françoise Travers and Charles Whettnall. He is the brother of Edmond Whettnall . He studied philosophy until 1857. He was consul general in Morocco from 1884 to 1888 , envoy to the Holy See from June 1889 to June 1894, and ambassador to the Court of St James’s from 1895 to 1903 .
