Eduardo Mieres , full name Eduardo Daniel Mieres Pérez (born March 22, 1984 in Montevideo or Paysandú ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
According to his club, the 1.88 meter tall defender is Rodrigo Mieres' older brother . In 2003 he was under contract with the Uruguayan club Paysandú FC . There are nine second division appearances for him in the Apertura . At the beginning of 2004 he then moved to the Primera División for Club Atlético Peñarol and belonged to the club until August 1, 2006. It was used at least once during this period in the aperture of the 2005/06 season. The next career station was the Club Miramar Misiones , also based in Montevideo , for which he played 28 first division games in the 2006/07 season, in which he was always in the starting lineup. Also in the Clausura 2008 seven games will be played with his participation. For the 2008/09 season he joined Juventud and completed 15 games in this round. After moving to the 2009/10 season, he was in the ranks of Club Atlético Atenas until January 20, 2010 . There he has five missions in the 2009 Apertura. The next employer was Deportivo Jalapa until August 2010 . Through an interim engagement at Club Sportivo Cerrito in the 2010/11 season, he finally came to Club Atlético Cerro on July 26, 2011 , for which he has played since then. By the end of the 2012/13 season, depending on the sources, he played 44 or 45 league games for the Montevideans, in which he scored two goals. In the 2013/14 season he played seven games (no goal) in the Primera División. After a move to the second division Central Español was announced in 2014 , the Argentinian club Unión Aconquija was his new employer. There he was used in three league games (no goal) until the end of January 2015. From Clausura 2015 he was in the ranks of Central Español and played eight times (one goal) in the Segunda División by the end of the 2014/15 season. At the end of September 2015, he joined their league competitor, Club Atlético Torque . There he played twelve second division games (no goal) until the end of the season. At the beginning of August 2016 he moved to Deportivo Maldonado .
