Edvinas Vaškelis (born June 20, 1996 in Vilkaviškis ) is a Lithuanian volleyball player .

Career

Vaškelis started his career in 2014 with Elga Šiauliai . In the 2016/17 season, the diagonal attacker played at Flamingo Volley Vilnius . Then he moved to the Estonian club Pärnu VK. In the 2018/19 season he first played in Belgium for Prefaxis Menen . For family reasons, however, the contract was terminated at the end of the year and Vaškelis returned home, where he played for Kelmès Etovis. In 2019 he was signed by the German Bundesliga club Volleyball Bisons Bühl .

In beach volleyball , Vaškelis took part in the U20 European Championships in Vilnius in 2013 and in Larnaka in 2015, as well as in the 2016 U21 World Championship in Lucerne .
