Florian Georg Ringseis (born July 9, 1992 in Vienna ) is an Austrian national volleyball player .

Career

Ringseis played in his home country for the Aon hotVolleys Vienna and won two cups. In 2012 the Libero switched to the German Bundesliga club TV Bühl . In the 2012/13 season he reached the quarterfinals of the DVV Cup with Bühl and made it to the playoff semifinals of the Bundesliga. A year later he reached the semi-finals with the club in both competitions. In the 2014/15 season he played for the Finnish club Raision Loimu. Then Ringseis, who also plays in the Austrian national team, moved to the German Bundesliga promoted United Volleys Rhein-Main . With the club he reached the semifinals in the DVV Cup and in the Bundesliga playoffs in the 2015/16 season . In the following season, the cup came out in the round of 16, but in the playoffs , Frankfurt came again to the semi-finals. In 2017/18 Ringseis played for the Finnish club Valepa Sastamala . There he became Finnish cup winner and champion. In 2018 he switched to the German-Austrian association Hypo Tirol Alpenvolleys Haching . With the alpine volley, he was eliminated in the 2018/19 season in the round of 16 of the DVV Cup , but reached the semifinals in the Bundesliga playoffs .
