Danilo Gelinski (born March 13, 1990 ) is a Brazilian volleyball player .

Career

Gelinski started his career in 2008 at São Bernardo Vôlei. In the 2010/11 season he played with Montes Claros Vôlei and then for a year with Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei in Contagem . In 2012 he moved to Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora . In 2013 the former junior international made his debut in the Brazilian senior team . In 2015, the player left his home country for the first time and went to Benfica Lisbon . In 2016 he returned to Brazil and played one season with Funvic Taubaté . In 2017 he switched to the newly founded German-Austrian Bundesliga club Hypo Tirol Alpenvolleys Haching . With the alpine volleys he was eliminated in the 2017/18 season in the round of 16 of the DVV Cup , but reached the semi-finals in the Bundesliga playoffs . The same results were achieved in the 2018/19 season.
