Effrosini "Fronietta" Paspati ( Greek Ευφροσύνη Πασπάτη , * February 2, 1880 in Athens ; † June 9, 1935 ibid) was a Greek tennis player .

Paspati won the bronze medal in women's singles at the 1906 Olympic Intermediate Games in her hometown. She lost to her compatriot Sophia Marinou in three sets in the semifinals . The ensuing duel for third place was finally won by Paspati against Aspasia Matsa . In mixed doubles, she played alongside Dionysios Kasdaglis . They were eliminated in the first round of the competition.

Effrosini Paspati was the sister-in-law of tennis player and medalist from 1896, Konstantinos Paspatis .
