In the main part, the basement consists of quarry stone walls , on the first floor there is a construction with plank studs , while on the second floor there is a block construction. This part is covered with a crooked hip roof . According to the monument office, the attached part has an explicitly high rarity value. history

In the fire register / 1, the first entry from 1808 for the main part is Debrunner Conrad and fellow participants Gubler Ulrich with a valuation of the Trotten portion of 80 guilders , then in 1818 with another 100 guilders. Other entries speak of its use as a half wash house and half pigsty, then from 1841 also a fruit barn. An add-on part is numbered in the fire register / 2 at 20 guilders in 1808. In addition, under 1808, the Weyenet brothers can be found in the fire register / 3, to whom Speicher and Trotte (probably the part that is visible) were worth 75 guilders, supplemented in 1838 by the Habersaat brothers with 150 guilders. Characteristic over the years are the multiple owners who, despite the comparatively small building cubature , always shared the use.
