The Eidsbotnen ( Norwegian for isthmus basin ) is a valley in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It is located in the northern part of the Alexander von Humboldt Mountains in the Wohlthatmassiv .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967.
