The Eilefsen Peak is a 230 m high mountain in the northeast of Radford Iceland in the Marshall archipelago before Saunders Coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd lands .
The mountain was probably first sighted during overflights during the Byrd Antarctic Expedition (1928–1930). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after the Norwegian Albert Martin Eilefsen (1897-1986), dog sled driver on the second Antarctic expedition (1933-1935) of the US polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd .
