Kristian Schilling, product manager in the software industry, would like to change his career, but can no longer find a job at his age. After being asked for a good executive secretary during the interview, he quickly disguises himself as a woman and becomes a secretary at the company Spiele König. To do this, he borrows the name of his sister Christiane Maiwald. Company boss König doesn't notice anything. As Christiane, Kristian does his job excellently and helps the ailing company get going again. Kristian's wife Susanne and the children get behind the double life late and show little understanding.
