The single-family house at Karl-May-Straße 8 is in the Radebeul district of the Saxon town of Radebeul . The local architecture firm Patitz & Lötzsch built it in 1935 with a stylistic mixture of Heimatschutz architecture and New Objectivity .

The “well-proportioned, restrained” plastered building faces Karl-May-Straße with its long side . The entrance to the house is on this side, protected by a canopy supported by thin supports . The asymmetrically distributed windows are partially accompanied by folding shutters .

In the left side view, there are two ground floor-high porches.
