action

Rachel Pressman, a little girl, happened to spot a murder in a Kansas City parking garage. Before he dies, the victim can whisper the word “divan” to her.

As Rachel withdraws in fear afterwards, her foster parents have doubts whether they should adopt Rachel. The psychologist Julia Craig, who works for the police, can gradually induce the girl to help with the search. Through a leak in the police apparatus, the plot behind the murder learns from the little witness and sends the killer to her. Although he murders her foster parents and a police officer, Rachel escapes twice. Due to the killer's failure, the plot orders FBI agent Preston to shoot him in apparent self-defense. Police detective Steve Banks and Preston find important data in the murder victim's divan, including a clue about the plot and Preston's involvement. This now sees himself forced to liquidate Banks and is previously instructed to do the same with Craig and Rachel. But the three manage together to escape this situation; the plot is exposed.
