El Huecú is the capital of the Ñorquín department in the Neuquén province in southwest Argentina . The place belongs in the classification of the communes of the province Neuquén to the communes of the 3rd category.
history
Picún Leufú is derived from the Mapudungun language of the Mapuche and means evil spirit . The place was founded on February 1, 1933.
